Occasionally you might have an accident and our bracelet gets caught on something and all the beads fly to the ground. Don’t worry! With the complimentary elastic string provided you can opt to repair your bracelet by yourself. Ordered a little too big? You can also resize your bracelet. Of course, you can always send it back to us and we will do it for you. Follow the simply instructions below.

You will need:

  1. All the beads from your bracelet
  2. Elastic cord
  3. Binder clip, clothes peg or tape.
  4. Scissors
  5. Glue is optional

 Methodology:

  1. Take a photo of your existing bracelet or refer to our website. You will use this to remember the layout.
  2. Decide how many beads should be added or removed. Don’t worry you can adjust this later.
  3. Now this is the hardest part. Take your scissors and cut the cord on your bracelet. Be careful the beads will want to roll away.
  4. Arrange the beads in a straight line with your desired design. Remember that you want both sides to be the same and symmetrical.
  5. Gently pull the cord about 5 times to help relax the elastic. This will tighten up later after you tie it.
  6.  Attach the binder clip at one end.
  7. Start feeding your beads in from the last symmetrical metal bead. This way you can add or remove as many beads as you want and maintain symmetry. The hole on this bead is larger than the stone hole and will be used to hide your knot.
  8. Once all your beads are on the elastic cord remove the clip/peg/tape. Make a simple knot, like tying your shoes. You may want someone to help you at this point unless you have great manual dexterity. Slip the bracelet over your wrist to make sure it is the size you want. Adjust as needed by adding back or removing more beads in the Size Adjust Zone.
  9. You are now ready to tie it off. With one simple knot done, continue to tie another knot like it but don't tighten it yet; you will have something that looks like a ring. Wrap one of the tail ends around one side of the circle. Do the same thing for the other side. Now you can tighten the knot.
  10. Trim off the extra cord with a scissors and gently coax and slide the knot inside the metal bead.
  11. Congratulations you are done!
