Cancellation
Request a cancellation within 8 hours of online order by emailing us at service@antonzoti.com with details of your order. Also, kindly tell us why you have a change of heart so that we can improve our service.
Returns and Refunds
If you have a change of heart, kindly contact us by email, within 5 days of you receiving your order, at service@antonzoti.com.
You will be eligible for a full refund when the product is returned, in good order, within 21 days from the purchase date, be unused and with all the tags intact and in resalable condition. All products must be in the original packaging. The Customer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once your returned item is received in good order, the refund will be processed within 5 - 7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method or optionally you may ask for a store credit.
Gift cards and discounted sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchange
Products, beyond the return period, may be exchanged, within 30 days, for an item of equal or lesser value. Once the exchange request is approved and original item returned in good order, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
